Homer and Rogers out - Lose to Lukashenko and Yakimenko

15-10 for Lukashenko. Daryl mounted a valiant comeback attempt but the defecit just seemed to be too much. Meanhwhile, Ben Igoe wins another against a Ukrainian opponent after a minor collision causes a break in the action.

Jason is fencing Yakimenko, who is up 8-2 after a veritable onslaught to start the bout. Jason needs to find a way to slow down the bout and take away some of Yakimenko’s confidence in his attack and he can’t. 15-6 for Yakimenko.

Homer in Trouble v Lukashenko

And Lukashenko reels off an exremely fast 7-0 start on Daryl, before before he finally finds the timing and reels off 3 of his own. He enters the break with a sizeable defecit at 3 - 8 after running of the back of the strip.

Montano Advances, Beats Klebbes 15-14

The young Mr. Kolasa didn’t manage to pull it out last round. Montano is up 8-6 on Klebes at the break.

That was a hard fought bout. After a controversial call to bring it to 13-14 and another 1 light touch from Klebes, Montano pulls it out 15-14.

Daryl picks up the win at 14-14 with a beautiful long attack. One light. Igoe moves ahead to the next round but nevertheless you gotta give Etropolski credit. He’s 50? and in the 64. Friggin impressive any way you cut it. Tim moves ahead to the 32. Bak eventually loses to Nemcsik and Tom Kolsa is currently down 8-3 to Decsi, also of Hungary.
