Women and Fencing - They’ve come a long way.
I loved Nike’s “Let us play sports” ads because of how they portrayed girls that wanted to play sports and benefitted from it. Fencing has come a long way since I started - we used to have only women’s foil contested at the world and NCAA level and now all three weapon disciplines are represented in NCAA competition and at the Olympic level.
