It’s not the tools you have, but how you use them

Check out this video of a street drummer. You can have the most tricked out set of high performance gear, but someone who really knows their stuff, is trained, and knows exactly what their gear can do is going to beat you.

Montano Wins Dallas World Cup

Final. Montano d. Yakimenko 15-8 I believe. Honestly I was having too much fun watching the bout and laughing at those that bet against Montano to win today. As such all I can say now is that World Cup fencing is awesome when compared to the alternatives…

Morehouse Takes 3rd

First semi final:

Tim starts up 3-0 before falling to 8-3 or 8-4 at the break. Yakimenko takes control after the 8, running up the score early before Tim mounts a comeback. In the end Tim goes down fighting 15-11.

Dallas Men’s Sabre - Final Four Set

Tim and Ben are fencing in the 8. Tim is up 5-1. I am leaving to watch Montano v. Mokretsov and Ciari v. Samele.

Mokretsov up 8-5. Samele up 8-5.

Pillet is down to Yakimenko 9-3 in the other quarter. He seems frustrated with several of the calls, to say the least. He draws a yellow down 6-14 for removing his mask to question the ref.

Yakimenko is through to the final. Tim is through. Samele is through. Montano is through.
