You're looking to upgrade people who don't yet know enough about higher priced gear to know exactly what they want, so give them more information about what they're getting-- ie, a couple sentences about why you picked the BF white, and what on earth a BF white even is. What kind of feel the put together blade has. Does it feel particularly sturdy? Light? I think that employee picks are a great idea, and that a video of what the customer could receive could be a great way to use Teh Internetz. But you could be giving more helpful information here.
